JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Control Contract with Suppliers
  • Contacting with local and oversea supplier for purchasing
  • Handling all accessories order to achieve production plan and daily updating order status
  • Arranging the payment for supplier based on payment term
  • Contact with relating Department (Logistics Dept./ Accounting Dept./ Warehouse) to get full documents & make request of payment to All Suppliers
  • Other jobs assigned by Manager
  • Control delivery schedule from suppliers

 

REQUEST

  • At least 1-year experience in the same position, used to work in EZP is preferred.
  • High responsibilities, active in work, communicate and handle situations well
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Good command in English
  • Good at solving problem
