HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a foreign Company in garments manufacturing industry. They are looking for high-qualified candidates: 02 Senior Trainer.

• Working location: Dong Nai
• Directly report to: HR Manager
• Working time: Monday to Friday and 1 Saturday/month (8 am to 5 pm)
• Shuttle from HCM to Dong Nai (19 routes)

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Surveys and capture training needs of staff
• Planning and training, direct training of soft skills classes for employees. 
• Develop and administer multiple training programs to meet organizational training needs.
• Collaborate with external training vendors to deliver tailored training programs and courses.
• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training activities and programs through surveys, interviews, and other mediums in consultation with appropriate levels of Management.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 7 years experiences in Manufacturing Training environment
• Ability to fluently communicate in English.
• Good communication skill, interpersonal skill
• Problem Solving & Analysis (practical)
• Able to conduct team meetings and focus on team goals and team spirit.

BENEFITS
