HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company trading and manufacturing in the FMCG field, now is seeking for MT Manager Position

Working Location       : Ho Chi Minh City

Report to                     :  Sales Director

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Propose business strategy & yearly/quarterly planning for MT channel
• Develop, organize category management, proposal, budget control and promotion plan for Key Accounts
• Collect market intelligence & key competitors’ activities to revise sales plans accordingly
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive performance
• Manage sales plans and work closely with cross functions to ensure target is realized & achieved
• Coach and lead MT team (including on-line channel) for best performance and career development
• Review and provide demand forecast with assumptions, and conduct root course analysis to take actions

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduated University or Higher
• At least 5 years working for MT channel development in FMCG industry
• At least 3 years managerial role to lead a team
• Good English or Chinese
• Strong negotiation skills, know how to grow business on-line.

BENEFITS:

• Salary: $1400 - $1800, it depends on candidate’s experience and qualification
