Report to: BOD team Take care 3 teams: Call Center, Vendor Relation, Risk Management
Working location: Ho Chi Minh City
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Do new set up for Call Center, Vendor Relation, Risk Management Dept for E Cash project
• More details will be discuss during the interview time
JOB REQUIREMENT
• At least 5 - 10 years experiences in the same level or Customer Service Management for E Cash or E-commerce, Finance, Banking field
• Strong experiences with Call Center system, Customer Service system
• Good problem solving skill
• Dynamic, progressive, detailed & customer-oriented
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills
• Experience in E-commerce and/or supporting a mid-to-large scale multi-geographical hi-tech Customer Service Organization is a plus.
BENEFITS
• Salary: $3000 - $4000, depend on candidate experiences
