HR Strategy's Client is a foreign in Manufaturingfield. They are looking for candidate for the position: Facility Manager (Maintenance Manager)
- Report to: Plant Manager
- Location working: Dong Nai
- Take care: 40 staff
- Company size: around 2000 employees
- Time working: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday & 2 Saturday/month)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage maintenance operations within a manufacturing engineering & facility department on to assure cost effective
- Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintains plant property and equipment in good condition, reliability and availability
- Plan for repairing, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations
- Plans, develops, and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs
- Provides leadership, direction, training and development for the maintenance team. To ensure safety, efficiency and continuous improvement
- Coordinate the action plan implementation of new project development related to cost saving
- Complete Maintenance operational requirements by scheduling and assigning technicians and following up on results
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology, Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 05 years of experience as the same position
Good command of English - Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Computer Literacy
- Ability to communicate effectively at all level internal within organization and externally within all factory
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
- Strong leadership skills and problem solving capabilities
- Outspoken and proactive, dynamic strongly driven and highly motivated
- Results oriented, discipline and a good team player
- Hands on approach
BENEFITS
- Salary: $1500- $2000 + salary 13th month
- Petrol & lunch allowances and other allowances.
