JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Make good for our systems in HR Department make it align in all company members for all section: Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, Talent Mapping, Reward & Remuneration, Projects / Initiatives & Strategy, Administration, Systems & Records.
• Establish, plan for and manage HR policies;
• Provide Management and other employees with guidance in Labor Law and Company HR policies;
• Submit to Government authorities correct and sufficient reports
• Implement policies/benefits for employees in a timely manner and on legal basis;
• Manage the distribution and purchase requests of stationery;
• Ensure employee wages are timely and properly paid;
• Settle employee resignation/leave policies properly and timely;
• Co-ordinate with other departments in employee performance reviews

REQUIREMENT

• Graduated in Business / Psychology / Law / Business Administration
• At least 10 years experiences in HR section in the same fields or 7 - 10 years in HR Manager in agency companies.
• Knowledge of Labor Law
• Management experience, communication skills

• Good organization and prioritization of work and archives
• Good skills for office computer applications

BENEFITS

• Salary: $2000 - $3000. It depends on candidate’s experience and qualification.
