Working location: Ha Noi
Reporting to: CEO    


JOB DESCRIPTION
·         Manage all phases of M&A project
·         Search, evaluate and implement M&A of ICT-related units / products / services
·         Deal sourcing, target searching and target valuation for market (ICT)
·         Responsible for market research, business analysis, financial analysis and deal execution
·         Keep track of project plans and work with extended stakeholders to review status and progress of companies in the investment portfolio  

REQUIREMENT
·         Experience: 3-5 years in the M&A sector in the same roles
·         Prefer candidates from Big4, Investment Funds, or buy-side parties
·         Knowledge of the IT market, or experience in brokerage, supporting M&A of IT businesses is a plus  

BENEFITS
·         Salary: $3000-$5000, depending on candidate's ability.
