Assistant to CEO (with experience in import-export, Finance)
HR Strategy's Client - Hồ Chí Minh- Check, analyze, synthesize the reports of all departments (especially Import and export department, accounting/banking/finance department) to present to Board of Directors.
- Involve in the process of setting KPI and performance evaluation of all departments.
- Reviewing and checking all contracts and documents before presenting to CEO.
- Build the strategic development plan for the Import-Export department.
- Together with accounting/banking/finance team to manage the company’s overall cashflow and cost control.
- Involve in checking, analyzing and negotiating for all new investment.
- Prepare and attend the internal and external meetings as requested.
- Perform other jobs requested by CEO.
