Reporting to: CEO  


JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and supervise the marketing department.
• Evaluate and develop the business’s marketing strategy.
• Plan, direct and coordinate marketing efforts.
• Research the demand for products and services, explore the market, identify the target customer segment.
• Research competitors.
• Work with sales to develop pricing strategies, maximize profitability and market share while increasing customer satisfaction.
• Identify potential customers.
• Develop of promotions.
• Understand and develop a financial budget for marketing including spending; R&D; provisions for investment returns and losses.
• Develop and manage advertising campaigns.
• Build brand awareness and positioning.
• Direct marketing projects from start to finish.
• Organize corporate conferences, trade shows and major events.
• Monitor social media and content marketing strategy.

 REQUIREMENT

• Graduated from Marketing major.
• 03 – 05 years experience in Marketing with similar position.
• Fluent in English.

 BENEFITS

• Salary: $2000-$3000, depending on candidate’s ability.
