Our client is a highly reputable company in the Real Estate Field. They are looking for a candidate for the Sales Director position.

Working Location: Hanoi
Take Care: 10 staff 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Leading & Managing the Sales Dept. of the company to process the business planning for the real estate projects in Hanoi
• Doing the market research & examine the new products; Analyzing the market information to coordinate with others department to develop the business planning
• Presenting to BOD about the Business Planning, Sales Planning…
• Develop the condominium for sales
• Handle and follow up enquiries from clients for condominium
• Sales plan and action to develop the services
• Maintain and develop the relationship with clients
• In charge of proposal and contract to clients
• Join the meeting with clients as requirement
• Make presentation of projects to clients as their requirement
• Organize events for related projects
• Supervise, train and monitor the staff in the team. 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree
• Able to deal with multinational customers 
• Strong negotiator with the ability to source and close business deals
• Skills in sales and marketing, able to make plan for action
• Experience in working as Sales manager or equivalent position
• Have a sound knowledge of the property market
• Can work independently and within a team
• Willingness to learn and work hard
• Computer literacy, good presentation skill
• Good English communication

BENEFITS:

• Salary: $3000 - $5000, it depends on candidate’s experience and qualification
