• Working Location: HCMC
• Working time: Monday – ½ Sartuday
• Report to: CEO

Job Responsibility for Sales Director – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market.

• Responsible for managing and directing and supervising employees in business activities of the complex.
• Monitor and research new markets and trends and devise and create new strategies.
• Coordinate with related departments to develop marketing and advertising strategies to enhance the brand and attract customers to the complex.
• Coordinate with related partners such as suppliers, business partners, other management units to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Control, promote sales contracts, implement customer support activities.

Requirement for Sales Director – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration/Business Administration or major in economics.
• At least 3 years of experience as a sales manager in the fields of Golf or equivalent.
• Experience in working with companies in the Asia – Europe market.
• Having a vision to make a strategy, make a plan to run the entire operation of the business professionally and decisively.
• Candidates have available source of customer data.
• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

• Salary: $1500 – $1800 + ESOP
