HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Furniture. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for Technical Manager position.
- Working Location: Binh Duong
- Reporting to: PD Manager + Sales & Account Director
- Working time: Monday – Friday
Job Responsibility for Color Development & Finishing Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Tailor colors to meet customer specifications, accommodating reasonable substrate variations.
- Factor in material yield and chemical expenses, incorporate quality standards into the development process, and streamline for consistency and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist the sample team, compute chemical usage for system sheets, oversee timely customer development, and ensure completion of panel refresh tasks.
- Collaborate with chemical suppliers to resolve ongoing issues, and coordinate with QA to establish material benchmarks.
- Generate diverse panel sets, system sheets, and procedural guidelines, and transfer chemical consumption data to the costing team.
- Update Bills of Materials (BOM) and maintain visible panel schedules for production and customer service.
- Graduated from College or University with majors in arts, interior design, or related fields.
- Have at least 05 years of experience in an equivalent position.
- Proficient in Vietnamese and English with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in office sofware.
- Salary: $1800 - $2200 depending on candidate’s ability
