The HR Strategy introduces to candidates the immigration program and job opportunities in Canada for the Bookkeeper position. The interview and application process is expected to take place within 6-9 months.

Job Responsibility for Bookkeeper – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

̶                        Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems

̶                        Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements

̶                        Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls and for utility, tax and other bills

̶                        Complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers' compensation forms, pension contribution forms and other government documents

̶                        Prepare tax returns and perform other personal bookkeeping services

̶                        Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.

Requirement for Bookkeeper – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

̶                        PGWP Candidates are required.

̶                        Proven bookkeeping or customer handling experience

̶                        Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles

̶                        Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records

̶                        Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers

̶                        Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software

̶                        Proficiency in English and in MS Office

̶                        Customer service orientation and negotiation skills

̶                        High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

̶                        BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
