Location: Ontario
Description: The ideal candidate will learn on the job and support the RSR Team in meeting quality standards, production levels, and job completion projects on time. This position calls for maintaining/repairing current HIR equipment. Candidates will also help design and build out new equipment when asked. Candidate will work on “heavy equipment  Hot-In-Place recycled Paving equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Work in a proficient and efficient manner keeping in line with all safety requirements.
- Enforce safety standards in line with the company policy and Ontario government regulations; maintain cleanliness and order in all controlled areas and report all accidents to the Supervisor.
- Ensure that production processes do not damage any personal or public property.
- Notify Shop Supervisor immediately as soon as problems, difficulties or quality deficiencies are being encountered on the job.
- Other duties may be required to fulfill the requirements of the position

Qualifications:

- Experience and/or training knowledge with MIG, TIG, Aluminum, and Stainless-Steel welding.
- High school diploma (or GED) is preferred, but practical experience in a similar position can be a substitute for high school educational requirements.647-323-7070
- Certification preferred, however not a requirement. Job experience will be considered and will be obtained on the job as well.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions is a must.
- Experience working with large equipment or paving equipment is a plus.
- Physically able to perform job duties.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
