Wage: $17.00-$20.00/ hr
Description: A warehouse manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of a warehouse or distribution center. Their role involves managing inventory levels, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, optimizing storage layouts, and ensuring the overall safety and organization of the facility. They collaborate with a team to maintain accurate records, implement logistics strategies, and address any issues that may arise within the warehouse environment. Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Shift: Full-time position, expect to work monday-friday (start time around 7:15am- 3/4pm)

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Logistics Coordination, coordinating transportation and shipping methods to optimize
delivery times and costs. The shipper manager selects carriers, negotiates shipping
rates, and tracks shipments to ensure they reach their destinations on time.
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate shipping documentation, including
bills of lading, packing lists, customs declarations, and other required paperwork.
- Work closely with inventory management teams to ensure that there is enough stock
available to fulfill orders without causing shortages or overstock situations.
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record
shortages and reject damaged goods
- Oversee the packaging process to ensure products are packaged securely and
appropriately for transportation. This involves considering factors like product fragility,
shipping mode, and regulations.
- Communicate with various departments, including purchasing, logistics, and sales, to
ensure smooth operations and alignment with business goals.
- May operate forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store
goods.
- Keep working area tidy and clean (typically days end duty would be a sweep / clean in
designated areas)
- When issues arise, such as shipment delays, damaged goods, or other logistics
challenges, the shipper manager is responsible for finding solutions to minimize
disruptions.

Qualifications:

- Must have a forklift license. We have two walkie machines and one of them is a lift.
- Must be able to exercise shipping and receiving practices.
- Must be able to lift 25-40 kilos pending the item.
- Workers must be able to understand what is priority and time management themselves.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must have good hygiene and maintain proper dress code.

 Benifit:

Salary: $17.00-$20.00/ hr
