HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Manufacturing. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Accounting Manager position.

  • Working Location: Dong Nai
  • Company size: 2,000 people
  • Reporting to: Chief Accountant
  • Taking care: 09 people
  • Working time: Monday – Friday

 

Job Responsibility for Accounting Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

  • Manage Accounting Section to ensure smooth operation: general accounting, costing, inventory, reporting
  • Oversees preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets
  • Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards
  • Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors or lenders
  • Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return
  • Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies
  • Manage internal audit requirements, lead and manage external audit for Quarter and Annual Audit to issue the VAS report on time
  • Work as Business partner to Sales & Marketing Division, Production Division to provide support/ advice on financial & operational processes/ issues
  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

 

Requirement for Accounting Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Business Administration, Economics or related majors
  • At least 3 years of experience in management role related to Accounting
  • Having proficient English ability, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access), SAP/ ERP and high sense of compliance
  • Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to analyze large amounts of data

  • Salary: $2,500 – $3,000, depending on candidate’s ability
