By using the Website System, including but not limiting to the services on the website www.hrstrategy.vn, you agree to follow the Terms of Use. All data and content of the Website, including unlimited source code, data structure, design interface, candidate information, employment information, job information, logos, images are the property of us, our affiliates and/or our customers (the ” Owner “). All actions listed below, without our prior written consent, are considered as infringements of the Owner’s lawful ownership: unauthorized access to the system, unauthorized copying of Property; intervention, modification of Property for any purpose; acts of exploiting properties for commercial purposes.

We have the right to take precautionary measures, prevent infringements of the Property Rights committed by any individuals or organizations without prior notices. In case the infringement causes damage to property, whether tangible or intangible, we have the right to initiate a lawsuit and request individuals and organizations that have committed actions of infringing compensation according to regulations of the Laws.

Toàn bộ dữ liệu và nội dung của Website, bao gồm những không giới hạn mã nguồn, cấu trúc dữ liệu, giao diện thiết kế, thông tin Ứng viên, thông tin việc làm, các nhãn hiệu, logo, hình ảnh đều là Tài sản của Chúng tôi, các đơn vị liên kết của Chúng tôi và/ hoặc khách hàng của Chúng tôi (“Chủ sở hữu”). Mọi hành vi được liệt kê sau đây, nếu như chưa được sự đồng ý bằng văn bản của Chúng tôi, đều được coi là hành vi xâm phạm đến quyền sở hữu hợp pháp của Chủ sở hữu: hành vi truy cập trái phép vào hệ thống; hành vi sao chép trái phép Tài sản; hành vi can thiệp, chỉnh sửa Tài sản vì bất kì mục đích nào; hành vi khai thác Tài sản vì mục đích thương mại.

Chúng tôi có quyền áp dụng biện pháp phòng ngừa, ngăn chặn các hành vi xâm phạm Quyền sở hữu thực hiện bởi bất kì cá nhân, tổ chức nào mà không cần báo trước. Trong trường hợp hành vi xâm phạm gây ra tổn thất về tài sản, dù là tài sản hữu hình hay vô hình, Chúng tôi bảo lưu quyền khởi kiện và yêu cầu các cá nhân, tổ chức đã thực hiện hành vi vi phạm bồi thường theo quy định của Pháp luật.

RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF USERS

When using our Services, you must pledge that you are competent and not restricted to receive services to establish a binding contract.

You have the right to choose to use the services that we provide to users such as account creation, profile creation, job posting, job search, job application, purchase payable services, using utilities on the Website.

You have the right to access the information we list, however, please note that the exploitation, storage and sharing of this information must comply with the provisions of the Law, Terms of Use and Regulations about security.

By submitting any information to the Web system, you are agreeing that the information is not in a state of confidentiality. This information may be accessed, copied and stored by a third party.

You are responsible for the authenticity and legality of all information posted to the HR Strategy website. We are under no obligation to know if the content you have submitted has been authenticated. Therefore, in the case of our request for explanation when in doubt, you are obliged to prove that the information you post is appropriate and accurate.

Prohibited acts:

Against the state of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Infringing upon the personal rights of others; and / or humiliate, defame, defame others; and/ or harm or disadvantage others.
Propagating and distributing personal information of third parties without their consent.
Using words and images contrary to Vietnam’s ethical traditions;
Advertising and propagating goods and services on the prohibited list prescribed by Law
Transmitting infected computer files

If you are granted access rights or passwords to access restricted areas of the Website system, sharing this permission or password with any other person will be restricted;

Khi sử dụng Dịch vụ của Chúng tôi, bạn phải cam kết rằng mình có đủ năng lực hành vi và không phải là đối tượng bị hạn chế nhận các dịch vụ theo Pháp luật để xác lập một hợp đồng có tính ràng buộc này.

Bạn có quyền lựa chọn sử dụng các dịch vụ mà Chúng tôi cung cấp cho Người sử dụng, chẳng hạn như khởi tạo tài khoản, tạo hồ sơ thông tin, tìm kiếm việc làm, nộp đơn ứng tuyển, mua các dịch vụ trả phí, sử dụng các tiện ích trên Website.

Bạn có quyền tiếp cận các thông tin mà Chúng tôi niêm yết, tuy nhiên cần lưu ý rằng việc khai thác, lưu trữ và chia sẻ các thông tin này phải tuân thủ các quy định của Pháp luật, Điều khoản sử dụng và quy định về bảo mật

Khi đưa bất kỳ thông tin nào lên hệ thống Website, Website bạn đang đồng ý rằng các thông tin đó không ở trạng thái cần bảo mật. Các thông tin này có thể được bên thứ Ba tiếp cận, sao chép, lưu trữ lại.

The website is built and managed by us for the purpose of creating a Platform to help candidates who need to find a job apply directly to the vacancy or send their resume directly on the Website, the CRM system of HR Strategy will know you are looking for a job & find a unit to connect work with HR Strategy’s customers. Our platform allows candidates to create job profiles, view job listings, submit applications, save favorite jobs, receive message feedback from HR Strategy’s recruitment consultants, receive job announcements…

We are the place to connect the needs of candidates & employers, you must be responsible with us to understand clearly about the cultural environment, nature of work, time & benefits, job orientation … before you accept a job at HR Strategy’s client company.

Website được Chúng tôi xây dựng và quản lý nhằm mục đích tạo một Nền tảng (platform) để giúp ứng viên có nhu cầu tìm việc ứng tuyển trực tiếp vào vị trí tuyển dụng hoặc gửi trực tiếp hồ sơ trên Web, hệ thống CRM HR Strategy sẽ biết bạn đang tìm việc & tìm đơn vị kết nối công việc với khách hàng của HR Strategy. Nền tảng của Chúng tôi cho phép ứng viên tạo hồ sơ tìm việc, xem danh sách công việc, nộp đơn ứng tuyển, lưu việc yêu thích, nhận phản hồi tin nhắn của nhà các tư vấn tuyển dụng của Công ty HR Strategy, nhận thông báo việc làm…

Chúng tôi là nơi vị kết nối nhu cầu ứng viên & nhà tuyển dụng, bạn phải có chịu trách nhiệm cùng chúng tôi tìm hiểu rõ về môi trường văn hóa, tính chất công việc, thời gian & phúc lợi, định hướng công việc … trước khi bạn chấp nhận nhận việc tại công ty khách hàng của HR Strategy nhé.

– We collect personal information from the User when the User fills in the form on the Website including but not limited to: email, phone number, address, work experience, salary, degrees and certificates.

– We collect feedback from Users.

– We may collect information about User’s device such as device name, operating system, screen size, language.

– Chúng tôi thu thập thông tin cá nhân từ Người sử dụng khi Người sử dụng điền vào biểu mẫu trên Website bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn: email, số điện thoại, địa chỉ, kinh nghiệm làm việc, mức lương, bằng cấp và chứng chỉ.

– Chúng tôi thu thập các ý kiến phản hồi từ Người sử dụng.

– Chúng tôi có thể thu thập các thông tin về thiết bị của Người sử dụng như: như tên thiết bị, hệ điều hành, kích cỡ màn hình, ngôn ngữ.

PURPOSE OF INFORMATION COLLECTING

We collect information from Users to:

– Operate and improve the quality of our services.

– Personalize the User experience: we analyze and make predictions about the needs of the Users and the partition so that the User has priority access to the information areas that best suit the needs.

– Introduce to the User information that we think will be useful, including but not limited to services, incentive programs and feature suggestions.

Chúng tôi thu thập thông tin từ Người sử dụng để:

– Vận hành và cải thiện chất lượng dịch vụ của Chúng tôi.

– Cá nhân hóa trải nghiệm của Người sử dụng: chúng tôi phân tích và đưa ra những dự đoán về nhu cầu của Người sử dụng và phân vùng để Người sử dụng được ưu tiên tiếp cận những vùng thông tin phù hợp nhất với nhu cầu đó.

– Giới thiệu tới Người sử dụng các thông tin mà Chúng tôi cho rằng sẽ hữu ích, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn các dịch vụ, chương trình ưu đãi và các gợi ý về tính năng.

SHARE INFORMATION

CHIA SẺ THÔNG TIN

User’s personal information will not be shared with other companies or organizations for any purpose, reason without the User’s consent. However, we may provide information to authorities upon request or when such information is determined to have a negative impact on us in compliance with the laws.

When a User applies for a job on the system, the User’s information will be shared with the Consultant in charge of that position.

When the User sets the “Ready to get a new job” mode on the Mobile App, we may share the User’s information with certain appropriate Consultants.

Thông tin cá nhân của Người sử dụng sẽ không bị chia sẻ với các công ty hoặc tổ chức khác với bất cứ mục đích, lý do gì khi chưa được sự đồng ý của Người sử dụng. Tuy nhiên, Chúng tôi có thể cung cấp các thông tin cho cơ quan chức năng khi được yêu cầu hoặc khi thông tin đó được xác định có ảnh hưởng, tác động tiêu cực cho Chúng tôi trên cơ sở tuân thủ các quy định của Pháp luật.

Khi Người sử dụng ứng tuyển một việc làm trên hệ thống, thông tin của Người sử dụng sẽ được chia sẻ với Nhà tuyển dụng của việc làm đó.

Khi Người sử dụng đặt chế độ “Sẵn sàng để có một công việc mới” trên Website, Chúng tôi có thể chia sẻ thông tin của Người sử dụng với một số Nhà tuyển dụng mà Chúng tôi cho là phù hợp.

TIME STORAGE INFORMATION

THỜI GIAN LƯU TRỮ THÔNG TIN

All information is stored by us until User requests to delete his or her own personal information or we believe it is not necessary to store such information.

Mọi thông tin được Chúng tôi lưu trữ cho tới khi Người sử dụng yêu cầu xóa thông tin cá nhân của chính mình hoặc Chúng tôi cho rằng việc lưu trữ thông tin đó là không cần thiết.

CHANGING AND DELETING INFORMATION

THAY ĐỔI VÀ XÓA BỎ THÔNG TIN

Users can change or delete part or all of the information that they have entered in the personal account management interface. We may assist in deleting information if User requests it, but User needs to prove that he/she has legal rights to such information.

Người sử dụng có thể thay đổi hoặc xóa một phần hay toàn bộ thông tin mà mình đã nhập tại giao diện quản lý tài khoản cá nhân. Chúng tôi có thể hỗ trợ xóa bỏ thông tin nếu Người sử dụng yêu cầu, tuy nhiên Người sử dụng cần phải chứng minh mình có quyền hợp pháp đối với các thông tin đó.

LOGIN PASSWORD

MẬT KHẨU ĐĂNG NHẬP

Each account has a password to log in to the HR Strategy Website system. If User’s account is using the default password set by the system automatically, User should change this password as soon as possible.

User passwords are always encrypted, We do not have the right to know that password. If you forget your password, we can assist you by: locking your account or sending users a new access code to the email address provided by User.

Users are responsible for preserving their password and should not share it with anyone. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the User to disclose the password to a third party. In the event that the User discloses the password and results in damage to us or any third party, the user will be responsible for cooperating with us and related parties to repair and compensatory damages.

Mỗi tài khoản đều có một mật khẩu để đăng nhập vào hệ thống Website HR Strategy. Nếu tài khoản của Người sử dụng đang sử dụng mật khẩu mặc định do hệ thống tự động thiết lập, Người sử dụng nên thay đổi mật khẩu này sớm nhất có thể.

Mật khẩu của Người sử dụng luôn được mã hoá, Chúng tôi không có quyền biết mật khẩu đó. Nếu Người sử dụng quên mật khẩu, Chúng tôi có thể hỗ trợ bằng cách: khóa tài khoản hoặc gửi cho Người sử dụng mã truy cập mới tới địa chỉ email do Người sử dụng đã cung cấp.

Người sử dụng có trách nhiệm bảo quản mật khẩu của mình và không nên chia sẻ nó cho bất kỳ ai. Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm về bất kì thiệt hại nào xảy ra do Người sử dụng để lộ mật khẩu cho bên thứ ba. Trong trường hợp Người sử dụng để lộ mật khẩu và dẫn đến gây thiệt hại cho Chúng tôi hoặc bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào, Người sử dụng sẽ có trách nhiệm phối hợp với Chúng tôi và các bên liên quan để khắc phục và bồi thường thiệt hại.
