Shasu Group, formerly known as HR Strategy company, with 11 years of experience in recruiting senior personnel in the Vietnamese labor market, Shasu Group (www.shasugroup.com) is developing service areas: Headhunter, Inhouse Training, M&A Connection. We are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the position: Customer Service

Working place: No.3, Lucky Dragon Building, 359 Do Xuan Hop street, Phuoc Long B ward, Thu Duc city, Ho Chi Minh city.

Working time: From Monday to Friday, 8.00AM to 5.30PM.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Take care of customers who used our services via phone or online channels
  • Consulting, negotiating, persuading customers about using the company’s services.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers and potential customers
  • Customer information management and constantly updated on the database system
  • Collaborate deeply with other Team Leader & Consultant to closely monitor the recruitment progress of customers
  • Customer care during and after using the service
  • Participate in other activities of the room in case of assignment and maneuver of direct management.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Good at English
  • University degree at Economics, Foreign Trade or related subjects
  • Have experiences in Customer services or ralated professions
  • Good looking appearance, inspirational voice
  • Listen well to learn & develop yourself
  • Good attitude & morality
  • Passionate about the business to reap the results

BENEFITS:

  • Salary: $400 – $500.
