HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Industrial Electrical Refrigeration. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the B2B (SAC) Channel Sales Leader position.

• Working Location: HCMC
• Company size: 1000 people
• Reporting to: Head of Sales
• Taking care: 10 people
• Working time: Monday – Friday

Job Responsibility for B2B (SAC) Channel Sales Leader – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Provide detailed sales forecasting and KPI reporting for organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting
• Assist in the development of the sales plan and guide team member to get their target
• Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs
• Direct and motivate the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth
• Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally

Requirement for B2B (SAC) Channel Sales Leader – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• At least 3-5 year experience in relevant business industries
• Proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales personnel towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation
• Broad client and partner network such as developer, contractor, consultant
• Excellent in English
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• Could be go for a business trip

• Salary: $1,000 – $2,000 + Incentive
