• Working Location: Ho Chi Minh City
• Reporting to: Deputy CEO

Job Responsibility for Business Development Director – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Develop collaborative business models, business plans, and product/service expansion strategies in Tourism, Hospitality, Healthcare, Agricultural Development, and Sports & Entertainment,… field.
• Formulate business proposals including financial analysis, risk assessment, opportunities, and strategically aligned feasibility studies.
• Research and innovate new products and services.
• Initiate and execute Agricultural programs in alignment with project objectives, fostering business partnerships.
• Define development models for forest-dependent communities based on resource management rules within the project’s regional geography.
• Execute tasks efficiently as delegated by superiors.

Requirement for Business Development Director – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Graduated from university or higher in related majors.
• At least 3 years of experience in equivalent positions in early-stage resort projects, large real estate, tourism, resorts, and leisure and entertainment services.
• Ability to develop strategies for multiple new products.
• Proficient in English.
