HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Beauty. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Business Development Manager position.

• Working Location: HCMC
  
• Company Size: 50 Staff
• Working Time: Monday – Friday
• Reporting to: CEO

JOB RESPONSIBILITY FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

• Establishing and developing strong relationships with all business partners (suppliers, customers, key accounts, etc.)
• Coordinating and supporting partners in cooperated/partnership marketing or sales campaigns; together with Sales/Marketing department to propose and design products, strategic plan for each partner / target customer group
• Representing the Company to attend events, conferences, seminars of potential customers to approach and introduce the company’s services/products to partners
• Regularly updating the market situation and analyzing any factors that affect business

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

• Graduated from University or higher, majoring in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing
• At least 05 years of experience in the field of Project Sales and Marketing combined with commercial management experience in Beauty and Cosmetic, a proven track record is a plus
• Ability to work independently and proactively to expand business and generate sales lead
• Confident and persuasive communication and negotiation skills
• Have large network in beauty community, clubs, VIP customers
• Be excellent at English

BENEFITS FOR  BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

• Salary: $2,000 – $3,000, depending on candidate’s ability
• Allowance + Bonus
