• Working Location: HCMC
• Take care: 6 employees
• Reporting to: Sales Director
• Working time: Monday – Friday

Job Responsibility for Business Development Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Develop and implement online sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
• Manage and optimize the company’s online sales channels, including e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and the company’s website
• Build, partner and  maintain strong relationships with third-party e-commerce platforms, such as Lazada, Shopee…
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and influencer marketing, to drive traffic and increase conversionsn
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to continuously improve the online shopping experience and optimize sales performance
• Manage and motivate a team of e-commerce professionals to achieve outstanding results
• Forecast sales targets and develop sales budgets to meet company objectives
• Other missions/ projects assigned by BODs

Requirement for Business Development Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Electronics, IT, Digital Marketing or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position within the electronics industry
• Good at English
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and technologies
• Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and influencer marketing
• Deep understanding of the market and the competitive landscape
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of online sales professionals

• Salary: $2,000 – $3,000 + Allowances + Bonus depending on candidate’s ability
