HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a Company specialized in the animal health sector with 15 years of experience. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for Sales Director position.
● Working Location: HCMC/HN.
● Working time: Monday – Friday.
● Reporting to: CEO
Job Responsibility for Sales Director– Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Manage the company’s business network in the southern or northern region.
- Develop and implement business strategies based on market analysis, understanding the needs and trends in the veterinary industry.
- Identify new opportunities and propose new approaches to enhance the company’s market position in the animal health field.
- Determine sales and revenue targets, plan and monitor the effective implementation of strategies.
- Allocate targets and plans to each region, control the team’s performance to ensure the achievement of business results.
- Support training and motivate employees to achieve targets.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with partners, ensuring compliance with business policies and procedures.
- Prepare business reports, sales reports, summary reports, and analyze sales data to evaluate business effectiveness.
- Provide proposals and solutions to improve business processes and enhance sales efficiency.
Requirements for Sales Director – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Graduated from University with a major in veterinary medicine or related fields.
- Experience in sales of products for veterinary use.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to analyze market information and business data.
- Experience and good relationships with large companies in animal husbandry, aquaculture, and large farms.
- Negotiation, persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle high pressure and meet deadlines.
