HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Real Estate. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Chief Executive Officer position.

• Working Location: HCMC
• Company size: 200 people
• Reporting to: BOD
• Working time: Monday – Friday

Job Responsibilities for Chief Executive Officer – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Develop, organize, and implement business plans and strategies for the Group’s projects and take responsibility before the Board of Directors for the assigned targets and plans
• Manage the back office, such as accounting, HR, IT departments, and Sales,…
• Develop annual/quarterly/monthly operation plan, set KPI and sales target for Sales staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to raise capital for companies and enterprises
• Proposing solutions to maintain and expand the Group’s real estate business, mainly in the southern market
• Focus on the medium-high apartment projects
• Compiling direct reports, and periodic reviews of progress to the Board of Directors
• Report to BoD, Investors the effectiveness and strategy plan

Requirements for Chief Executive Officer – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Graduated from University or higher, majoring in Finance or related field
• At least 05 years of experience in the role of CEO/Managing Director and 10 years of experience in the field of Real Estate/ Investment
• Thorough knowledge of investment, foundation, and development in real estate
• Excellent in English

Benefits for Chief Executive Officer – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Salary: $5,000 – $7,000, depending on candidate’s ability
