Description for Commercial Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aims to accelerate growth
• Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans for commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.)
• Negotiating contractual terms  and conditions with customers and resolve payment, claim or any dispute with customers
• Managing and managing employees in the department to perform professional work
• Implement, check and manage the purchase, order, import procedures and documents according to regulations
• Anticipate market demand, strategize and make business plans monthly/quarterly/yearly

Requirements for Commercial Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Graduate from university or college
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in nuts companies
• Ability to communicate, negotiate, persuade and build relationships
• Skilled in management and leadership
• Fluent English communication
