• Working Location: Bien Hoa Factory
• Reporting to: Accounting Manager
• Taking care: 2 staffs
• Working time: Monday – Friday

Job Responsibility for Costing Supervisor – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Manage cost-related tasks pertaining to the flavor seasoning, umami seasoning, and liquid seasoning sectors.
• Compile reports relevant to management reporting.
• Conduct cost calculations for the flavor seasoning, umami seasoning, and liquid seasoning segments in the creation of budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee the payable activities within the Costing team, ensuring accurate and timely payments, as well as full compliance with the company’s regulations and local requirements.
• Manage data and generate reports pertaining to inventory control.
• Provide training and coaching to subordinates within the Costing team to ensure the smooth functioning of operations.
• Continuously update knowledge in areas related to taxation and accounting for personal development.
• Comprehend the objectives of the Section/ Department/ Company and accomplish assigned tasks and goals within the purview of management and responsibility.

Requirement for Costing Supervisor – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or a related field.
• Having at least 2 years of experience in Costing of manufacturing companies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of VAS, IFRS, Accounting, and Tax regulations.
• Exhibit proficiency in English, as well as proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), SAP/ERP systems, and a strong commitment to compliance.
• Showcase exceptional abilities in strategic planning and execution, problem recognition and resolution, resource management, analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and effective communication skills.

• Salary: $1,000 – $1,500 depending on candidate’s ability
