HR Strategy Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market (Headhunter)’s client is a textile company. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for CSR Manager.
- Working location: Hải Dương
Description for CSR Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- To serve as a knowledge leader and specialist in the field of CSR in Vietnam
- CSR risk monitor and alert in VN factories, provide professional consultation and advice
- Conduct an impartial CSR audit with a professional report, and provide help and follow-up on improvements
- Customer facilitation and coordination, as well as coordination with external parties
- Project management for CSR and crisis management
- Develop and lead a local CSR team
- Maintain positive ties with customers and factories
- Other duties as assigned by Department
Requirements for CSR Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
- At least 6 years of experience, in CSR work experience, preferably in garment industry
- Good occupational health and safety knowledge is a must
- Good knowledge of Better Work, SLCP
- Good command of English
- Trained or certified by ISO45001, SA8000, BSCI, WRAP or related is a plus
Benefits for CSR Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Salary: $1500 – $2000 depending on the candidate’s ability
