• Working location: Ho Chi Minh City

Description for Deputy General Director (Sales)  – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Identification of market potential, needs, trends, competition, and pricing levels
• Establishment of an annual business plan based on market data with relevant initiatives
• Operating, managing, and organizing the implementation of Business plans to achieve the set goals and targets
• Implement sales activities, take main responsibility for revenue and sales of the sales department
• Check, monitor, and implement solutions to promote sales and profits of the Sales department
• On behalf of the General Director to manage personnel in the sales department
• Manage and develop a team of employees to meet the requirements, functions, and tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned by direct superiors

Requirements for Deputy General Director (Sales) – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Graduate from university or college in related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in rope, twine, yarn,…companies
• International students, overseas Vietnamese, who have worked in the US, Europe or frequently traveled to these markets are preferred
• Fluent English communication
• Ability to communicate, negotiate, persuade and build relationships
• Skilled in management and leadership

• Salary: $8000 – $10 000 + Allowance + Bonus, depending on the candidate’s ability
