HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Plastic. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Deputy QA Manager position.
- Company Size: 50 people
- Working Time: Monday – Friday
- Working Location: Long An (Shuttle Bus)
- Report to: General Manager
- Take care: 10 people
Job Responsibility for Deputy QA Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure all products meet or exceed customer requirements and plastic industry standards.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure that products meet or exceed customer requirements and industry standards.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure that quality control procedures are followed and to address any issues or concerns that arise.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure that their quality requirements are being met.
- Work with suppliers to ensure that raw materials meet quality standards and specifications.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans as needed to address quality issues.
- Prepare reports on quality control activities, including metrics and trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with quality control standards.

- Salary: $1,500 – $1,800 depending on candidate’s ability.
