• Working Location: HCMC
• Company size: 2,000 people
• Reporting to: Marketing Manager
• Taking care: 5 people
• Working time: Monday – Friday

Job Responsibility for Digital Marketing Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Designing and overseeing all aspects of the digital marketing department, including the marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
• Developing and monitoring campaign budgets to ensure that our campaigns are cost-effective and efficient.
• Planning and managing our social media platforms to engage with our target audience.
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing them against our goals for ROI and KPIs.
• Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on these insights.
• Checking all quotations for digital marketing in terms of cost efficiency and effectiveness maximization.
• Predicting and identifying risks in the operation of the digital marketing section, to control any probability or impact on the Department and Company.
• Conducting training and coaching for members of the digital marketing team in daily operation, especially advanced marketing, risk management (information security, law, etc.).
• Participating in expanding the business and function of the division from a Company-wide perspective.

Requirement for Digital Marketing Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Age from 30 – 40
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or related field
• 5+ years of brand marketing experience and 3+ years of relevant position experience
• Demonstrable experience in managing marketing campaigns across various channels, including data analytics and apps
• Knowledge of current trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Proficiency in English
• Strong skills in statistical analysis, problem-solving, leadership, and project/business management.
