HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a large company specializing in ERP. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for ERP Consultant Manager position.

• Working Location: HCMC
• Reporting to: ERP Consultant Director
• Working time: Monday – Friday

Job Responsibility for ERP Consultant Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Lead and manage a team of presales consultants, setting goals and objectives, and providing coaching and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify clients’ requirements and develop customized ERP solutions to meet their needs.
• Preparing technical proposals, including solution design, scope of work, and cost estimation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the sales cycle, addressing technical concerns or questions.
• Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand their business processes and workflows, and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the implementation team to ensure smooth handover of projects and successful delivery of the proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with product management and development teams to provide feedback on product enhancements and new features based on clients’ feedback and market demands.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competition to provide strategic insights and recommendations to the sales team.

Requirements for ERP Consultant Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in large ERP companies
• Having directly participated in the full cycle of at least 3 ERP consulting and implementation projects
• Fluency in English, enough to communicate with customer

• Salary: $3000 – $4200 + allowance + bonus, depending on candidate’s ability
