HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Manufacturing. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Facilities Maintenance Manager position.

• Working Location: Dong Nai (shuttle bus)
• Reporting to: Plan Manager
• Working time: Monday – Friday
• Company size: >1000 employees

Job Responsibility for Facilities Maintenance Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Takes responsibility for the maintenance and building operations of one or more facilities, buildings, or properties
• Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly
• Responsible for the company’s security systems
• Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff
• Responsible for the storage and ordering of all material handling equipment at all locations (i.e. forklifts, trucks and order pickers)
• Supervises, manages and takes responsibility for the safety of the company and all other facilities (i.e. fire/tornado drills, fire suppression systems, fire control panels, stormwater checklists)
• Supervise the maintenance of cooling, electrical and mechanical systems at the company (i.e. air filters, compressors, generators, temperature controls, etc.)
• Provide HSE specialist and managerial support across the Country to prevent fatalities, injuries, disease and ill health for employees

Requirement  for Facilities Maintenance Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Over 5 years’ experience in a similar position is preferred
• Fluent English
• Having worked at a company with a scale of over 1000 employees

• Salary: $3000 – $4000, depending on candidate’s ability
