Finance Director – Hot Job – HR Strategy – Top Headhunter In Vietnam – 2023 Full Time
HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Manufacturing. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Finance Director position.
• Working Location: Binh Duong
• Company size: over 4,000
• Reporting to: CEO
• Working time: Monday – ½ Saturday
Job Responsibility for Finance Director – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Analyze the financial situation of the business to identify strengths and weaknesses, thereby planning the business’s financial strategy.
- Consolidate financial statements/accounts and P&L, pre-consolidated balance sheet of the group
- Focus on improving productivity and the need to manage utility/salary costs within acceptable guidelines
- Monitor all internal control and audit processes
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports that are complete, accurate and timely.
- Maintain our operating license, be a good company, ensure company compliance with company values and standards, and enhance our external reputation
- Actively drive net profit in the region, through ongoing revenue (supporting growth) and cash generation while optimizing costs
- In charge of managing and directing the activities of the Chief Accountant, Accounting Department… on the basis of preserving and developing the Company’s capital
Requirement for Finance Director – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Have at least 05 years of experience as Finance Director or equivalent positions in large enterprises and companies in the Manufacturing sector
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working at Big4 or investment companies.
- Priority: Have certificates/diplomas in the fields of finance, auditing, accounting (CFA, ACCA, CPA, ACA…)
- In-depth understanding of regulations and legal systems in business and financial markets.
- Proficient in using specialized tools and software
- Understand the fields of finance, accounting, statistics, and diplomatic management
- Have good negotiation, persuasion and diplomacy skills

- Salary: $ 6,000 – $ 8,000, depending on candidate’s ability
