HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Retail. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for Finance Planning and Analysis Manager position.

• Working Location: HCMC
• Reporting to: CFO
• Working time: Monday – Friday

Job Responsibility for Finance Planning and Analysis Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Develop and maintain financial models to support the company’s strategic and operational decision-making process
• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to analyze business performance and provide insights to senior management
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop financial forecasts and support key decision-making
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts
• Other missions/ projects assigned by BODs

Requirement for Finance Planning and Analysis Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• English proficiency in both writing and speaking

• Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 depending on candidate’s ability
