Dear our valued candidates,HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Real Estate. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Floor Director position.

• Working Location: HCMC
• Company size: 100 people
• Reporting to: Sales Director
• Taking care: 40 people
• Working time: Monday – Saturday Morning

Job Responsibility for Floor Director – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Organizing, managing all activities and building the image of the real estate transaction platform
• Participating in market and competitor research and giving advice in building business strategies, proposing investment ideas, business plans for the company’s projects
• Preparing reports to track performance of team members
• Setting weekly, monthly, and annual goals, register targets and receive business targets from the company
• Responsible for identifying market areas, target customers and together with floor staff in searching, exploiting, consulting and taking care of potential customers for the trading floor
• Organizing product introduction sessions, supporting sales staff to attract customers, consulting information about investors and real estate product segments
• Coordinating with the Marketing department to approve marketing communication plans, advertising for each project, develop sales plans to maximize the revenue targets

Requirement for Floor Director – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Management or a related field
• At least 2 years experiences in the real estate industry
• Expert knowledge of projects and real estate market in HCMC and Vietnam
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
• Ability to plan, organize, build strategy and implement work
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Salary: $1,100 + Commission
