HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Manufacturing. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Group M and A Reporting Manager position.

• Working Location: Binh Duong (shuttle bus)
• Company size: 7000 people
• Reporting to: CEO
• Taking care: 3 people
• Working time: Monday – Friday

Job Responsibility for Group M and A Reporting Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Develop and implement financial plans and strategies, Due Diligence transactions, mergers, acquisitions or divestments of M and A Reporting and Supply Chain segment
• Organize, check and monitor the report on business results and forecast the business situation of the Reporting and Supply Chain segment
• Use software and programs to automate Group Consolidation level work
• Refer to FC room data for reporting to reflect accurate results, avoiding financial risks

Requirement for Group M and A Reporting Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Graduated in Economics, Finance – Accounting, Business Administration or other related disciplines. Prefer CMA certificate
• At least 05 years of Accounting experience (Financial Accounting, Commercial Management Accountant, Risk Management) in FMCG industry, especially beverage
• Have a deep understanding of management accounting, risk management, data synthesis and analysis skills
• Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multi–task under pressure
• Knowing how to use ERP software. Data Warehouse, Power BI is a plus

Benefits for Group M and A Reporting Manager – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market

• Salary: $2,500 – $3,500, depending on candidate’s ability
