Head of Design – Job 2022 – HR Strategy Top Headhunter In Vietnam Market 2022 Full Time

HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Construction. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Head of Design position.
- Working Location: HCMC
- Company size: 100 Staff
- Reporting to: Project Director
- Taking care: 20 people
- Working time: Monday – Saturday
Job Responsibility for Head of Design – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- To visualize the concept for clients and the design team to the completed project
- To conduct financial, technical, and operational risk assessments and advise on risks, opportunities, and potential hazards
- To manage processes relating to the project’s design to ensure that everything is delivered to schedule and budget, working very closely with estimators, quantity surveyors, site managers, and other key members of the project team
- To advise on the selection of materials used and other aspects of procurement
- To chair design meetings, write reports, and give presentations
- To keep up to date with relevant regulations, codes, and legislation
- Carry out supervision of construction units, coordinate with contractors to perform work as required
- Create the design of all aspects such as architecture, structure, MEP
Requirement for Head of Design – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Graduated from University or above, majoring in Civil and Industrial Construction, Architecture
- A minimum of 5 years of managerial or senior-level design experience in the main contractor
- Strong creativity skills and the vision to turn briefs into creative projects
- Great time management and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent leadership, organization, and analytical skills
- Proficient in the use of design software
- Ability to resolve complex design and communication issues
Benefits for Head of Design – Top Headhunter in Vietnam Market
- Salary: $4,000 – $7,000, depending on candidate’s ability
