HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Technology and Industry. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Head of Sales Position.

• Working Location: HCMC
• Reporting to: CEO

JOB RESPONSIBILITY for Head of Sales

• Responsible for the company’s revenue and profit targets
• Responsible for business strategy, product and service development plan, and lead effective business nationwide
• Structure and manage, recruit, train and develop the entire Sales Department Establish, manage and develop distribution, project channels and build long-term strategic relationships with partners and customers
• Seek opportunities to expand the international and domestic markets
• Cooperate relations and directly work with international strategic partners
• Control and optimize business efficiency of all SKUs, stock and offer to import according to the business plan, ensure efficient use of capital and inventory cash flow
• Keep track and analyze business performance, propose solutions and improve
• Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual plan and report

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE for Head of Sales

• Graduated from major in Business Administrator, Economics, Technical and relevant fields. Priority to MBA
• At least 10 years experience in Sales B2B in any following fields: Inverters – Industrial Electrical – Automation, Mechanical Machinery, Solar Energy, Lifts, UPS, …
• At least 3 years experience with the same position
• Able to go on international and domestic business trips
• Fluent in 4 skills of English, other languages are an advantage

 BENEFITS for Head of Sales

• Salary: $3000-$5000, up to the ability of the candidate
