• Working Location: Vinh Loc Industrial Park, Binh Tan District
• Company size: 100 peoples
• Reporting to: CEO
• Time: Monday – Friday

JOB RESPONSIBILITY for HR Cum Accounts

Human Resource

• Process Accurate Ad-hoc, Advance & Monthly Payroll
• Tax Clearance for Employees (Guidelines for Tax Clearance for Employees)
• Application of work passes and other passes
• Oversee HR Department/Recruitment
• Submit weekly/monthly reports

Accounts

• Accounts & Administrative
• Perform Accounts Receivables
• Perform Accounts Payables
• Preparing company accounts ledger and month end/year end closing
• Handle petty cash
• General administrative duties
• Purchasing and managing inventory
• Answer/attend and coordinate to enquiries via phone and email
• Generate quotations when necessary
• Other ad hoc

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE for HR Cum Accounts

• Diploma holder equivalent or Degree holder
• Pleasant personality with good communication skill
• Motivated & Positive attitude, able to work independently as well as in a team
• Previous knowledge in Accounting and/or HR Software will be an advantage

BENEFITS for HR Cum Accounts

• Salary: $1000 – $1600, depending on candidate’s ability.
