HR Staff _ HR Strategy _ Top Headhunter In Viet Nam Market 2022 Full Time

HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company specializing in Manufacturing. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the HR Staff Position.
- Working Location: Ba Ria Vung Tau
- Working time: 8:00 ~ 17:00 (Monday – Friday)
JOB RESPONSIBILITY for HR STAFF
- Performing recruitment (Posting, collecting CV, screening CV, interviews,… make & keep relationship with college, university, training school; reporting on resignation rate, successful rate of recruitment)
- Make announcement, decision on rotation, appoint, appointment, reward/discipline…
- Update Organizational chart
- Set up & follow annual evaluation of employees
- Internal regulation, discipline handle
- Other jobs as assigned Leader/H.o.D
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE for HR STAFF
- Good health
- Good English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Experience 3 years in an equivalent position
- Have deep knowledge about Labor Code, Social Insurance law and other labor legal documents
- Have suitable experience/certificate/qualification for tasks relating to recruitment, education, salary, insurance, evaluation…
- Priority: disabled labor (mobility impairment)
BENEFITS for HR STAFF
- Salary: $700 – $1000, depending on candidate’s ability
