Job descriptions:

1. Accountable for timeliness and accuracy of company supply chain planning activities

  • Manage all supply chain planning activities in the company (including demand planning, production planning and supply planning) across all product lines
  • Define the planning process guidelines and procedures
  • Develop a systematic review with business management on required service levels and associated targets and required adjustments
  • Oversee the development of the demand plan creation by Sales function, monitor accuracy and adherence e to the standards and procedures
  • Oversee management of inventory levels by Logistic function and monitoring in accordance with business targets
  • Coordinate information flow to the plant production planner to ensure production constraints are factored into the planning process
  • Act as the custodian of the S&OP meeting, lead and steer the S&OP process to obtain consents us between demand and supply
  • Ensure process is in place for coordination and cascading of outputs from S&OP to relevant functions (*e.g logistic, plant, procurement)
  • Participate as required in the development of short and long term plans in order to assure optimization of production capacity, plant operations and supply chain infrastructure while meeting customer needs
  • Ensure forecast accuracy and take necessary actions to improve accuracy
  • Monitor service level performance and recommend improvement opportunities
  • Develop reports and presentations in order to update BU managing director and top management on the supply chain performance

2. Produce an accurate and timely demand forecast to help related functions and overall organization in meeting customer demand

  • Develop annual sales forecast and support the development and finalization of annual business goals
  • Support company leadership (CEO, CMO, CDD) with long-term forecasts of company and brand performance to aid strategic business planning
  • Responsible for designing and generating monthly demand forecast reports
  • Assemble and analyze all data pertinent to creating the forecast (e.g historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions)
  • Design templates and procedures to collect and consolidate demand drivers and data from various functions (e.g sales, key account sales, marketing & trade marketing)
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to collect inputs/information relevant to demand forecast and drive alignment and re-conciliation of numbers.
  • Ensure the current and accurate information is used for demands forecasts
  • Deliver first cut of demand plan for each S&OP cycle and lead S&OP meeting to assist finalizing demand planning
  • Work with CDD to develop sales target from finalized demand plan
  • Work with national sales manager and key account Manager to translate overall sales target into channel, regional, area and distributor/account sales target
  • Evaluate forecast result accuracy and continuously improve forecasting techniques, method and approach  to better anticipate customer needs

3. Lead the effort to define short-term and long-term objectives and invitee the oversee the execution of strategies and plans to deploy all plans to achieve those objectives

  • Work with division heads to set performance targets and monitor and ensure that all members achieve performance targets
  • Actively engage cross-functional teams and facilitate efforts to build new business strategies, rationalize processes and identify, qualify and present strategic issues to top management
  • Advise CEO and senior leadership team on a broad range of strategic issues and provide information and fact-base analysis as required
  • Collaborating closely with business unite head to assess new opportunities in order to expand the company’s operations.
  • Ensure that quality and hypotheses-driven analysis connected to support the formation of company’s planning process
  • Oversee the risk management process and provide guidance on risk evaluation and prioritization
  • Guide the prioritization of all corporate projects and initiatives and ensure appropriate resource allocations
  • Direct and coordinate project initiatives and ensure that key deliverables are met on time
  • Ensure that effective mechanism and process are put in place to track the progress and achievement of all corporate plans and initiatives

Specific Requirement:

  • Bachelor, master degree in business majors, finance, engineering or supply chain
  • Fluent computer literacy for office uses
  • Fluent English (4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing)
  • At least 05 years experience in equivalent or related job position
  • Strong knowledge of demand planning process within FMCG
  • Planning skill
  • Work organization and coordination skill
