International Sales Executive (China Market)

HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a Beverages company. They are looking for high qualified candidate for International Sales Executive (China Market).

  • Location working: China.
  • Report to: International Sales Director (in Vietnam).


  • Focus on the expansion of our China customer base. Acquire potential customers using online and office Sales tools which include but not limited to: B2B trading websites;
  • Social Media; International Food Exhibitions; Email marketing etc.
  • Having deep experience in ecommerce implementation or content management products and be able to guide and advise Marketing team on how best to implement the platforms from functional and business value perspective
  • Selling to customers across Greater China, including Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan
  • Developing, growing and supporting all aspects of the business sales cycle
  • Deliver accurate pipeline and forecasts to sales management.
  • Be able to establish a complete Sales plan/cycle from approach to negotiation; prepare contract and related documents; and follow-up after an order is completed.
  • Establish strong, trust-worthy relationships with key customers as well as with prospective clients.
  • Maintaining and growing existing customers, define and list all potential customers.
  • Introduce new products, convince customers and follow up till getting the final result.
  • Delivering a unique customer experience while engaging and providing them a timely service.
  • Make plan to manage and develop the coverage of products on the market.
  • Survey, and update information about customers.
  • Directly implement the company sales policy in terms of pricing and promotion, TAKE ORDERS and execute promotion in line with the company requirements.
  • Analyze data and make sales forecast.
  • Propose, do effective selling approaches (if any).
  • Make reports (sales volumes, customers’ issue, etc) and send to Leader.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as: R&D; Marketing; Export Documentation; Operations; etc. to roll out customers’ orders.
  • Participate in exhibitions and contact with customers.


  • Must be a Chinese citizen currently living in China
  • University graduate in business administration, foreign trade, economics.
  • At least 2 years+ of relevant working experience in FMCG or F&B industry (Marketplace experiences).
  • Experienced in a telephone-based role.
  • Hard working, can work under high pressure & having team work spirit.
  • Good communication, can handle problems, multi-tasks and ad-hoc issues.
  • Quick learning & able to adapt with changes.
  • Fluent in Chinese & Business level English.


  • Salary: negotiable, depends on candidate’s experience and qualification.
