Our Client is a Company in Chemical industry. They are looking for HR Manager

  • Work Location: Dong Nai
  • Report to : General Manager & BODs
  • Worktime: Monday – Friday and ½  Saturday

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Responsible for coming up with the overall HR plan / strategy for the business (both short and long term) and presenting the plan to the GM and BODs.
  • Propose advice to the Board of Directors to handle issues in the fields of organization – administration – human resources.
  • Advise the Board of Directors on the company’s building about organizational and executive structure.
  • Make HR plans to serve the development strategies of the company.
  • Prepare the budget for the HR department.
  • Develop policies to promote and replace personnel.
  • Make plans to recruit, train and develop human resource periodically, annually, quarterly and monthly.
  • Join the recruitment process when necessary.
  • Organize and perform administrative tasks according to functions, duties and requests of the Board of  Directors.
  • Set up KPIs.
  • Make plans to train and develop human resource periodically, annually, quarterly and monthly.
  • Design, develop and effectively manage the training programs both inside and outside the company to achieve the common goals of the company.
  • Develop regulations on salary, bonus, encouraging – stimulating measures for employees to work and implement benefits for employees.
  • Resolve complaints and violations, make disciplinary action when necessary.
  • Analyze and propose to BOD to minimize the labor cost and working OT hour.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management or in related majors.
  • At least 10 years in HR field, 5 years at the same postion.
  • Experienced in recruiting, making and implementing human resource plans, strategies.
  • Good use of English.
  • Proficient in Informatics Science (MS Word, Excel,…).
  • Leadership ability.
  • Good communication skills.

 

BENEFITS

  • Salary: $2000 – $2500, depends on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
