HR Strategy’s client is a company specializing in Manufacturing. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the Payroll & Employee Relationship position.

  • Working Location: Dong Nai


  • Develop and maintain Policies, Internal Regulations, Collective Labor Agreement, documentations (onboarding, promotion, demotion, changes, labor discipline, termination) which are both compliances with the law and align with the Company’s objectives;
  • Responsible for Collective bargaining, dialogue at the workplace;
  • Give proper internal training, refresh training about the Company policies, Internal Regulations, Collective Labor Agreement, etc;
  • Manage the compliance of all associates regarding Internal Regulations, Policies and proceed with labor disciplinary for violations;
  • Be responsible for managing related system such as ADP, Etime;
  • Collect data for payroll and co-operate with 3rd party to make sure correct payroll within a set timeline;
  • Manage payroll of staffing;
  • Be responsible for Compulsory insurance, AON insurance, PIT


  •  Bachelor’s Degree in Law. Labor Law is preferred
  • At least 03 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal & negotiation skill
  • Integrity, polite
  • Main responsible for ER tasks and support C&B


Salary: $600 – $900, depending on a candidate’s ability
