HR Strategy’s Client specializing in Tourism – Travel field. Currently looking for highly qualified candidates of the position: CEO
• Location: HCMC
• Report to: BOD
- Outline strategies to ensure the company’s vision and mission.
- Responsible for planning and specific directions for the company.
- Directing the setting-up & implementation of business plans approved by the Board of Directors.
- Responsible for the company’s profits and growth, ensure the achievement of short-term and long-term goals
- Provide ideas and suggestions to improve the company’s operations.
- Building, developing, promoting the company’s image and brand.
- Cultivating and developing company culture.
- Responsible for financial issues, policies, monitor, control and evaluate, adjust budgets and cost norms. Approve revenue / expenditure, prepare periodic estimates.
- On behalf of the company to negotiate and sign commercial contracts.
- Organizing, operating, inspecting and evaluating business activities of the company periodically.
- Organizing the structure, setting up the management apparatus of the company, operating the personnel effectively; set out tasks and goals of each specific branch. Assess the operational situation and effectiveness of the departments.
- Develop human resources and recruitment plans. Approving regulations, policies on appointment, dismissal, salary, bonus and benefit regulations. Browse staff evaluation results and determine reward results.
- Bachelor’s degree or master degree in a relevant fields
- Having equivalent experience in a senior management position or Deputy General of companies in Travel, Tourism and Service fields
- Experienced, capable of consulting and developing strategies to ensure business operations and company development. Prefer candidate with the experience of products or services to the niche market.
- Ability to manage and coordinate with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, …
- Understanding of Sales, corporate governance, finance …
- Management skills, leadership with inspiration
- Excellent English skills, having another foreign languages is an advantage
- Meticulous, careful personality; honest and positive attitude
- Available for domestic and foreign business trips
- Salary: $3500 – $4500, depending on the capacity of the candidate.
- Trips to Europe and America at least twice every year
