HR Strategy’s Client is a Packaging group. They are looking for a highly qualified candidate for the position: Deputy General Director.

  • Working location: HCMC
  • Working time: Monday – Saturday Morning (negotiable)
  • Reporting to: General Director (foreigner)


  •  Managing & controlling the business activities of the company. Responsible for increasing company revenue by leading sales and customer relationship management, annual operational planning and strategic direction for Sales, check and implement solutions to promote sales and profits of the Sales department, especially concentrate on sales and new business development.
  • Building strong connections with current and potential partners and working in subsidiaries of the group.
  • Developing new business opportunities. Develop and organize new business development initiatives, plan and strategies to meet overall profitability targets.
  • Updating latest market information and reports to assist the company’s strategy making, such as: Plastic industry’s information (market share, competitor’s position…), market situation (noodles sector, FMCG sector,…), Vietnam’s economy…
  • Monitor competitive activity in the field and develop strategies and tactics to deal effectively.
  • Executing management plans to boost the company’s sales performance.
  • Following up B.O.D’s requests.

  • At least 15+ years working experience in FMCG/ Chemical/ Packaging companies (Packaging & packaging related fields are preferred) or in other companies as Unilever, P&G, … in packaging fields.
  • Having a wide network of relationships with partners in the plastic industry/ plastic related industry/ FMCG/ F&B/ Seafood/ Agrochemical… etc.
  • Having management skills on controlling business (B2B and others).
  • Being adept at market data gathering.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Age between 40 – 50 years old, more or less.


  • Salary: $8000 – $10 000++, open for negotiation, depends on the candidate’s qualification.
  • Bonuses basing on KPIs performance 02 times a year
