HR Strategy’s Client is a Global company manufacturing about Garment industry. They are looking for a qualified candidate for the position: Business Analyst – Project Manager (IT)

Working location: HCMC

Working Time: Mon – Fri

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare project execution strategy for the client in consultation with AVP & Implementation head for each specific customer
• Prepare project plan as per the project execution strategy defined
• Execute the project as per the project plan ensuring no delays in the scheduled activities
• Conduct trainings & Consulting sessions with the clients for project delivery
• Perform system testing as per the specific business scenarios of the client
• Keep constant connect with all the key client stakeholders for ensuring you are well aware of whats happening at the client’s location
• Supporting sales team with Pre-Sales effort extended during the sales call
• Hire & Develop entry level staff into implementation consultants by proper training and coaching
• The details will be discussed during the interview 

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in technology
• At least 5-year experience as an Implementation manager or Business Analyst or Project Manager, preferably at a garment manufacturing company or Large IT company providing technology services to the garment manufacturers.
• Ability to build good rapport with people at all level in the customer organizations
• Good at English and Vietnamese
• Have strong written and verbal communications skills
• Time management and planning skills.
• Have hands on knowledge of MS-SQL Server

BENEFIT

• Salary: $1500 – $2500, depends on the candidate’s qualification
