HR Strategy’s client is a company specializing in Agriculture. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Management Manager – Agriculture Industry.
· Working location: Vĩnh Phúc or Ho Chi Minh
· Report to: HR Director
· Working hour: Monday – ½ Saturday
· Take care: 5 staff
· Company size: 4000 – 5000 employees
· Establish and manage all functions of the recruitment including brand building, attraction, source creation, recruitment, integration guidance, database system throughout the company.
· Develop recruitment strategies, including the optimization of job postings, development of channels for promotion of career opportunities, organization of recruitment campaigns;
· Identify and direct sources of talent suitable for recruitment demands of the organization, including internal and external.
· Develop and provide tools and guidelines to perform the recruitment for the directly management team.
· Develop relationships with third parties for creating resources and recruitment.
· Participate in talent development programs such as trainee administrator, internship, focusing recruitment.
· Develop and implement the operation plan in line with the short-term and long-term plans of the unit.
· Human resource management in the unit, ensuring regular service.
· Organize and manage recruitment services to meet business needs.
· Develop regulations, processes, guidelines within the functions of the unit.
· Ensure the operation of the unit in accordance with bank’s policies, regulations and procedures.
· Perform other related tasks at the request of the HR Director.
· Determine HR and recruiting KPIs; create and present KPI reports.
· Bachelor degree/Master major in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organization Development, Economics or relating areas….
· Valuable experiences and skills of the following HR: Talent acquisition, performance management, people training & development, competency modeling, coaching and mentoring, learning management, critical mapping & succession planning…
· 05 years of broad HR experience consisting of a combination of leadership, management, individual contributor and/or consulting roles.
· Proficiency in English
· Salary $2000 – $3000, depends on personal ability.
