HR Strategy’s client is a company specializing in Beverages Manufacuring. They are looking for qualified candidates for the International Sales Director.

  • Working location: Ho Chi Minh City
  • Directy report: Head of Business Development Division

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • In charge of the entire export business of the Company’s products. Including: planning, monitoring, monitoring and urging the implementation of the plan in accordance with the orientation and development strategy of the Company;
  • Responsible for coordinating the sales team, developing business plans and adjusting them in accordance with the orders of the superiors to achieve sales goals.
  • Responsible for recruiting, allocating goals, training and monitoring the performance of the sales team.
  • On behalf of the company dealing with customers/agencies according to the company’s regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor or higher degree in Foreign Trade, Economy, Business  Administration or related fields.
  • Legal knowledge: Incoterm; International Trade Contract
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years at the position of Director / Sales Manager of Import and Export of food and beverage;
  • Experience working or managing in the field organic beverages is an advantage;
  • Soft skills: How to Win Friends and Influence People
