HR Strategy (Headhunter)’s Client is a company that specializes in Famous Investment Company. They are looking for high qualified candidate for Investment Director Position.
- Working Location: Ho Chi Minh City
- Reporting to: CEO
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Propose appropriate investment strategies/ Directions for the company to the CEO
- Search for potential investment opportunities that are in line with the Companies investment strategies; Propose negotiation plans with potential investee companies to the CEO;
- Analyze investment opportunities, evaluate companies and make reports to the CEO regarding investment opportunities, recommend buying or selling securities / investment opportunities to the CEO for approval.
- Manage the Companies portfolio to ensure that the objectives are achieved; Regularly propose the portfolio rebalancing and reconstitution to the CEO, propose exit alternatives for the Companies investments and collect/ write off under-performed investments; Suggest asset allocation to optimize the portfolio to the CEO.
- Evaluate/ Feedback on investment proposals from Investment Manager or portfolio allocation proposals from Portfolio Manager;
- Prepare reports on asset value and reports on quarterly/ annual investment performances according to requests from the CEO.
- Prepare reports on dividend cash-flows, investment cash-flows, arrange for investment funding including negotiation with securities companies, banks and other parties to acquire loans.
- Support the CEO in managing investments in affiliate companies, associated companies, investments that the CEO joint-invested and co-operated with other parties (direct investments that has direct participation in business execution).
- Merger and acquisition activities
- Other tasks assigned by CEO.
REQUIREMENTS
- Gender: Male/Age 30 – 50;
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Auditing, Banking, Securities, Investment;
- At least 3 years of working experience in the same position in financial institutions;
- CFA Holder is an advantage;
- Communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
- Solving-problem and interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
BENEFITS
- Salary: $4000 – $6000 + Bonus, depends on candidate’s experience and qualifications;
